Our production is in line with the world’s most stringent directives and the safety and quality of our products is monitored in conformity with the most up-to-date DIN standards. That indicates increased application safety for the user.
We are inspected regularly by the German technical safety organization TUEV SUED.
GENERAL SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS
- Observe your own country’s safety regulations
- Check goods for damages and proper storage
- Conduct ring test
- Use clamping flanges according to DIN ISO 666
- Use elastic blotters
- Clamping by skilled personnel
- Tighten tensioning screws crosswise
- Observe screw length of screwed on grinding wheels
- Observe prescribed operating speed
- Use prescribed wheel guards
- Conduct run test for at least 30 seconds
- Unbalance and concentricity test
